Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind -What did it shine on me? (in a Free Writing way)

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind…

Was thinking to write many things and have framed many sentences to write here..but that might do justice to any film, not this. This needs Free Writing technique, way of letting everything from mind on the notepad, just as the movie flows out before you..

The movie is not exactly about Love or Love Failure concept in the whole. It’s about the period after that ‘bell ringing’ and ‘light glowing’ moments. Actually period after that Love spark moment. A saying goes like 'Everything seems fair in Love and War'. But, it’s actually not the whole Love, it’s the initial Love. Everything is fair only in Initial Love.

Everything is like ‘wow’ and ‘Awesome’ initially. It’s because your hormones are high and you are like ‘come let’s teach this world to Love’. But, that hormone will drain out, not actually draining out, it will hide somewhere and somewhere (don’t know where actually) and some other hormone might unhide itself now. His/her likings, his/her parents, friends, relatives, dogs, cars, bikes, jobs, sleeping ways, snoring and many more. So, they get the main part and you feel like ‘Is she/he that important that I have to fall head over heels for him/her?’. You could hear a little whisper of ‘yeah’. When you try to search what is that, your Ego hormone comes out riding a jet and says ‘That’s just a whiss due to my jet ride’ and take you away. And the break up might happen after that. Or those sad moments when you both act like you are happy and wish the other to say ‘It’s over’

So, it goes on and eventually the break up.

And the Ego hormone was like a Tamizh song line ‘Boat is there..net is there..is there a scarcity for fish?’ and say ‘Come on Dude. Don’t be sober. Let’s go for a rollercoaster ride’

And that ride never happens actually. The Ego hormone actually passes the buck to Love spark hormone. The Love Spark hormone doesn’t have a clue, to be honest. It has many friends like movie hormone and books hormone. All of them pampers this sweet little kid and grows it up with an alter character- Feel Hormone. This Feel Hormone. It’s like sweet and salt Lime juice. You can never tell the difference. Like a government too. It will feel like you are being protected and well supported but on the other side it robs you too. It makes you joy and like Hanumar’s tail comes an immediate and continuous never ending tail behind it, sorrow. It has 2 super cool agents who work for it. The Alcohol Hormone and the Charlie Hormone.

And the Love Spark hormone which was sent into hiding doesn’t have a clue about what to do as I don’t know how to conclude this post. So all I am saying is this movie speaks about that Ego Hormone much and how Love Spark hormone suffers because of that. The hero and Heroine try to rekindle the spark as their Ego hormone tries to blow it out.

The Fight between those 2 is the movie all about. Yeah, it might be like there is difference of hormones between the two. But the Love spark hormone, it’s the same which flows through both.  So, the Writer Charlie Kaufman tells to get that spark higher and kill every other thing which comes against it with that spark

Feeling like writing further..but let’s cut it here..More of philosophy hormone flowing out..

And finally..one extra philosophy..all these applies only if it is a Love Spark**, not an attractive Spark.
